Aiden is a speaker and educator in diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in the fields of classical music and opera. They train and consult corporate organizations, small businesses, community groups, opera companies, and other types of groups looking to increase their diversity education.
Aiden specializes in gender and disability inclusion, but is also committed to intersectional diversity and justice. They bring their expertise to every diversity and inclusion training session in order to create the most robust recruitment action plans and workplace environments.
